I'm looking for bar/restaurant/gallery(s) to host This Summer Day PopUps this winter. This Summer Day is an immersive sensory experience I've created, a choose-your-own-adventure spa for your subconscious.

Any suggestions on venues that might be interested in a unique venture?

All I need is an ~12x12 ft area to set up and would like to partner on summery cocktails...
